Retirement Home Sued for Negligent Care
A local woman is suing a nursing home for elderly abuse, claiming that the employees dropped her 65-year-old aunt on the floor and this caused her to be confined to a wheelchair. The eldery negligence suit was served on behalf of her mentally retarded aunt.
